PLAY ULTIMATE

Looking to play some ultimate? You’ve come to the right place! It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or have a few years experience under your belt.

LEARN TO PLAY TRAINING:
Every Thursday from 3-5 pm we have Learn to Play training on the Alumni Lawn East at UNSW co-run with Arc Sport (map link at the bottom of this page). This is great for beginners as we have talented and friendly coaches and seniors to guide you through your ultimate journey. Following this we often have a BBQ or head to the Roundhouse for some happy hour beers and a good chill out time with friends.

TRAINING:
If you’re after something more intense and want to push yourself there’s training on:

  • Wednesday nights from 5-7pm at David Phillips Sporting Complex, Daceyville (map link at the bottom of this page).
  • Saturdays from 1:30-4:30 pm at Centennial Park, corner of Dickens and Parkes Drive (map link at the bottom of this page).
  • Look out on the UNSW Ultimate Facebook Group for the latest updates on training locations.

These trainings are catered to beginners, just bring along a willingness to run around and learn (as well as the equipment below)!

  • Disc (If you don’t have one you can buy one off us for $20 – or $15 at our stall during O Week)
  • Pair of cleats (soccer boots)
  • Black AND white shirt
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen
